On Sunday, October 9, The Bartlett City Beautiful held their
annual Garden Tour of the spectacular gardens within Bartlett. One that stood out was the at the home of the Tyler residence
because of it's whimsical nature, yet classic features that brought true garden relaxation to the forefront. In
some places it was classic, in others, it was fun loving. Don Tyler, retired, said he spends a lot of free time in the yard
and doesn't really consider it "work". Ginger enjoys listening to the constant sound of the many water
fountains and happily helps Don. The patio is covered with an ivy type vine that shades the area keeping it up to 10
degrees cooler in the warmer months. No doubt, it is a beautiful, one of a kind garden. The Tylers said they had around
125 visitors on Sunday and really enjoyed the day.
